I'd been at this hotel during my visit to Phnom Penh on 15-17 Mar 2009. It is nice hotel. The staff always willing to help you. Close to Central Market, USD1 fare with tuk-tuks. Have a lot of attraction places around this hotel, include restaurants, bars, clubs, massage etc. Rooms rates from USD25 with breakfast included.
