  • Emerald Morakat Hotel, USA (guest) wrote 13 years ago:
This place seems nice at first, but the attendant carried my bags up to my room, showed me how to turn on the air conditioning, and then DEMANDED a tip. I found it very rude. The refrigerator doesn't work, and there was no toilet paper in the room. I knew I shouldn't have listened to the taxi driver- what a mistake! Don't come here, there are better places you can find for half the price.

  • Logos International School, Logos- alumni D. L (guest) wrote 14 years ago:
The high school curricular prepares its students to be successful at colleges & universities mostly in the U.S. To be successful at Logos, strong academic writing skills are essential because teachers assign essays regularly throughout the school year; at some level, students are required to write as much as 10-page essays with full bibliography, citation, footnotes. Once school year starts, there seem to be no rest physically and psychologically. Students are loaded with quiz, assignments, exams, and Christian sprituality to fulfill.

accredited by ACSI. Association of Christian School Variety of nationalities in student body as well as teachers. Major ethnicity of students are Khmer, Korean. English only policy is strongly enforced on campus. Most teachers are from English as first language country like U.S, Canada, Austrailia, Phillipines and so forth. In addition, Khmer language classes are taught by Khmer natives. Many graduating students aim to study in the U.S for further education. Logos provides challenging classes and courses which follows American education system; it is hard to earn good grades especially grades above A-. Along with general subjects like math, english, and science, bible class is mandatory from middle school and up, taught throughout all grades from pre-k to grade 12. I am an alumni of Logos. What i wrote here might not be totally accountable, but the general idea over Logos is.
